- **Contacts Activities Access:**  Quickly add any call notes to a person during the call and they will show up in the Salesforce contact record's call log.
- **Pop-up Alerts with Profiles:** Incoming calls trigger a toast notification to open the caller's profile in Salesforce BEFORE you answer the call! This helps you quickly learn about the latest details of the caller so that you can serve them better and more efficiently.
- **Call Anyone from Anywhere:**  Whether on desktop or mobile, the Intulse app allows users to search Salesforce contacts and call or text them.
